Blackout your guests will never write a review about
Nobody praises a hotel's blinds — they only complain about the light leak at 5am. We manufacture and install shading that simply works: true blackout, quiet motorisation, and consistent finishes across every room, floor and property.
What we deliver
Made for brand standards
We work through interior designers and FF&E contractors as often as directly with operators — happy to build to a specification, or to help write one.
Genuine blackout
Cassetted rollers with side channels, blackout curtains with sealed linings, or both layered — engineered for darkness, not just dimness. We've delivered 100% blackout in rooms where the architecture couldn't be altered.
Motorised & integrated
Quiet electric operation from bedside control to full BMS integration — specified with the M&E package, not bolted on after it.
Rollout consistency
In-house manufacture means room 101 and room 401 match exactly — and when a refurbishment phases over two years, phase two still matches phase one.
On site, you'll notice
The people who made them
Your blinds are fitted by our own installers — never subcontractors. The reputation on the job is ours, personally.
Your day carries on
We work quietly around staff, pupils and patients in fully furnished, occupied rooms — and follow your sign-in and safety procedures without being chased.
Protection first
Surfaces covered before a drill comes out; furniture moved carefully and put back exactly where it was.
Nothing left behind
Packaging, offcuts and dust leave with us. The room goes straight back to work.
Live properties
Refurbished around your guests
Hospitality rarely gets to close for the trades. Fifty years of working in occupied buildings means floor-by-floor scheduling, quiet methodical installation, and rooms handed back ready to sell the same night.
Front-of-house matters too: fire-retardant contract fabrics for restaurants, bars and function rooms, sound-reducing drapes for event spaces, and dress curtains made in our workshop to the designer's drawing.
